Necromancy: He is capable of great feats when it comes to life and death, from simplistic Reanimation of corpses, to the draining of life in to his own body. His skills are far more advanced than most and capable of combating most Ninjutsu easily.

High Intellect: Due to the fact that he purely relies on his Necromancy his intelligence is a cut above most how ever he may be lacking in physical combat, but his strategy and capability of examining every aspect of an opponent makes even the strongest opponents cower before him

Chakra Supply: His chakra supply is much more than the average shinobi, because rather than use chakra alone, he uses his own life force and the life force of things around his own body.

Necromancy Techniques:

Stage One:

Minor Rebirth
The user will force Chakra and life energy out of their own body in order to bring a single corpse or skellington in to animation under their control. The Skellington or Corpse is capable of rudimentary movement, such as walking, running and fighting. But are near enough incapable of using any form of advanced combat, even weaponry.

Living Defense
The user will force chakra out of their own body around themselves, the chakra will thicken in to a strange set of bones around the user. This set of bones shifts constantly forming domes, shields, armor. What ever the user demands of it, and is capable of standing up to Stage 3 ninjutsu with a struggle, repetitive hits from stage 2+ will demolish the armor rather quickly, but as the user advances the defense increases.

Stage Two:

Bone Double
The user will once again expending Life and chakra force their own bones to double themselves whilst forcing them out of the body, this is both amazingly painful and nearly deadly at the same time. The skellington that is formed is capable of using everything the user can including a few bits of ninjutsu, they can use any ninjutsu that reanimates the dead, how ever beyond that they are incapable.

Life Tendrils
The user for the first time in their education on Necromancy and the Forces of Life and Death, becomes capable of extending their own life. The user will force out a set of green tendrils from their hands, back or chest. Anything that lives that is touched by these tendrils will be drained of its life, feeding the user, extending their life span and healing most minor wounds. As the user increases in stages they are capable of releasing more tendrils and healing even fatal wounds at times.

Stage Three:

Living Giant.
The user will pile together corpses, or skellingtons dependent on the case, and will meld them together. The end result should be a giant of a creature bordering on 15 feet tall, the creature is rather slow and stupid but heavily destructive, almost nothing can stand in its path.

Soul Vessel
The user in a bid for madness and power, craves for eternal life. Thus they fixate their soul on to a simple object, and store it somewhere. This allows them to drag their soul from their body upon death and enter a new body. Keeping all of their own memories, experiences and powers. Yet gaining none of the body they enter.

Stage Four:

Life Lance
The user much like the Life Tendrils will form their chakra and life force in to a sickly green colored lance, they are then capable of launching this lance at an extreme speed controlled perfectly by themselves. Should this lance hit a living creature it will attach itself internally to the creature and feed its life force back to the User.

Undead Beast Of Burden
The user will much like any other rebirth technique use the skellingtons or corpses of dead creatures, how ever this time the user is capable of forming them in to a large animal of any variety they can create. Allowing them access to a unique mode of transport.

Stage Five: Forbidden

True Revival
This requires nearly half of the users life force, and almost all of their chakra, they will bring the corpse of a dead creature back to life. How ever unlike before, the life force and chakra that the user expended on this technique creates a new perfect form of undead, the Creature is capable of using any thing that it learnt in its life.

Death Rifts
By harvesting the life energies of dying humans, the necromancer is capable of forming tears in the fabric of time and space, this tears allow the user to travel from the opening of the rift to any place they have been before. How ever in order to use this, it requires weeks of preparation and much pain and suffering on behalf of the user and victims.

Interesting character indeed, not many people have made Necromancy Techniques and actually had it decent, although there is a crappy Doton necromancy thing that was like anime filler, it doesn't exist because I said it doesn't.

However since your character is leet and godly, I would have to let you talk to Sora and Kurt for them to decide. I think you are classifying yourself as a Missing-Nin, and all, so iunno yea, just talk to them. xD
