Yes, But in the manga Zetsu mentions he foudn tobi at a " Young " age and reconstructed his body, So i think its Obitos body reconstructed with Madara's soul sealed inside of him ( Theres a pic on naruto pedia under madara uchiha when he first joined akatsuki and he looks like 12 )

I don't see any proof that what you said about Zetsu is real, but Madara "joined" Akatsuki when he went with Zetsu to find Sasori's ring. Instead they found Deidara's ripped-off arm and took his ring. (I guess that is because by the time they got there, Kankuro took Sasori's body.)

Tobi is Madara. It has been proven a long-ass time ago that he isn't Obito.

So no, plus at the time, Konohagakure was at war with Iwagakure, considering they were AT WAR, just like in real life, they would have retrieved his corpse. Plus that monument in the training grounds Kakashi is always at has Obito's name, and it was said in like one of the very first episodes, that those were K.I.A., not M.I.A., meaning they buried his body.

1. I'm positive they would have retrieved his body from the cave, although I never heavily studied or watched, or read Kakashi Gaiden, so I don't recall them bringing Obito's corpse with them. But how would you believe that the first Shinobi Village, the largest, the most popular, etc. would leave a corpse behind just because it was already under a rock in a cave?

2. Kakashi didn't have any say with what happened to Obito's body, nor would he want to have a say due to the circumstances? It was respectful to bury him along with the other deceased Shinobi. Why would Kakashi NOT want him to be moved to a MEMORIAL anyway? A memorial that not only was obviously a MEMORIAL, but to the K.I.A.'d Shinobi of their village.
